We deliver houses up to 20’ x 40’ anywhere within Belize (excluding the islands).  Larger houses can be built on-site on the mainland and the Cayes — pricing for these builds may vary based on site accessibility and material transportation.

Shell Wooden Houses

 

We offer standard-size “shell wooden houses”, ranging from 14’ x 18’ to 20’ x 40’, which include:

• Glass louvered windows

• 2 mahogany outer doors

• Unpainted roofing

• Steps

• Posts for 3-ft elevation

• Government Sales Tax (GST)

 

Note: Delivery charges vary based on your location. We also offer installation of houses up to 10’ in height for an additional cost.
