Please note: Prices do not include transportation cost.

Transportation cost will be determined by the size and location.

When placing an order for our prefab house a fifty percent (50 %) down payment is required. The outstanding balance is to be paid before the house leaves our yard. All adjustments or complaints must be made before the house leaves our yard. We will comply with the responsibility of safely transporting and setting the house before the handling it to the owner.
